Kelly grew up in Onarga, IL and attended Eastern Illinois University where she earned a Master’s Degree in Communication Disorders and Sciences. She was a Speech-Language Pathologist for 12 years for the Iroquois West School District where she assisted children preK-12th grade with their speech and language needs.

Kelly began her real estate career in 2013 after her husband purchased what was then Fehr Real Estate in Fairbury, IL. She earned her real estate license in 2015 and dedicated herself to the craft full time. To further her education and skill set, she also studied for, and became, a licensed Managing Broker in 2024, deepening her commitment to excellence for her clients. Kelly currently lives in Fairbury with her daughter, Josey, and husband, Will, who runs the Law Office of William J Gerber, LLC. When not focusing on her real estate clients, Kelly and her daughter travel throughout the country competing in the barrel racing industry. Kelly has been involved in the equine industry since a child and belongs to many associations and organizations such as the Women’s Professional Rodeo Association.

Kelly loves her community and commits time and service to the Fairbury Lions Club. She also served on the Livingston CountyBoard of Realtors prior to their merger with the Mid Illinois Realtor Association.
